Sacred Pause with Asian Psychedelic Collective at Prime Produce

As the Winter Solstice approaches, we invite you to gather in sacred space to honor both the joy and challenges of the holiday season. This is a time of reflection, pause, and connection—whether we are celebrating with loved ones or navigating feelings of loss and transition.

Join us for an immersive Sound Bath & Breathwork Ceremony, a healing experience designed to align your body, mind, and spirit as we honor the turning of the season. Through the therapeutic practices of sound healing and conscious breathwork, we will create a space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and personal reflection.

The evening will guide you through:

  • Sound Healing: Vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments designed to activate healing and release stagnant energy.

  • Breathwork: A guided practice to open the body, clear emotional blockages, and tap into your innate wisdom and stillness.

  • Solstice Rituals: A time to pause, reflect, and integrate as we near the darkest night of the year, symbolizing rebirth and renewal.

This ceremony is an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself and the collective, creating space for healing, celebration, and renewal during this special time of year.

Meet the Facilitators:

Samer Ghadry is a gifted musician, sound healing facilitator, and beloved community member of APC. Samer's music has been featured in esteemed works such as Alanis Morissette’s The Storm Before The Calm and the award winning film Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Tsao-Lin Moy L.Ac., MSOM is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner, and beloved community member of APC. She is the founder of Integrative Healing Arts in NYC which utilizes acupuncture, herbal medicine, and energy healing to treat patients. We are grateful to Prime Produce—a grassroots, cooperatively-run member space where friends, family, and neighbors cultivate the craft of community service—for opening their doors for us.

This event will be limited to an intimate group of 15 guests.
