As the Winter Solstice approaches, we invite you to gather in sacred space to honor both the joy and challenges of the holiday season. This is a time of reflection, pause, and connection—whether we are celebrating with loved ones or navigating feelings of loss and transition.
Join us for an immersive Sound Bath & Breathwork Ceremony, a healing experience designed to align your body, mind, and spirit as we honor the turning of the season. Through the therapeutic practices of sound healing and conscious breathwork, we will create a space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and personal reflection.
The evening will guide you through:
Sound Healing: Vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments designed to activate healing and release stagnant energy.
Breathwork: A guided practice to open the body, clear emotional blockages, and tap into your innate wisdom and stillness.
Solstice Rituals: A time to pause, reflect, and integrate as we near the darkest night of the year, symbolizing rebirth and renewal.
This ceremony is an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself and the collective, creating space for healing, celebration, and renewal during this special time of year.
